Can’t lose weight – no matter how hard you try? Do you always gain all of your weight back after starving yourself on a super effective diet?

  1. We are all human beings and we can all put on pounds or we can all lose pounds. Depending on different variables such as effort and diet these can choose precisely how much pounds we can lose.
